How do I create a NEW ACCOUNT?
On the Home Page there is a 'Login' button in the center black bar (this is the user bar). If you click that, there is an option near the bottom that says 'Register'. Simply click there and you will be prompted to set up an account.
How do I EDIT MY ACCOUNT information?
Once you have an account and login, there are multiple other menus that become available to you. On the far right, there is a menu called "My Account" under which you can modify all of your account information.
How do I know I am a REGISTERED USER?
After you have registered for a new account, you will receive a confirmation email. Our webmaster will receive one also and register your account with CSC.
Can I add a CALL FOR PRICING item(s) to my cart?
YES! CSC's 'Call for Pricing' items are not priced on the website for a variety of reasons but usually because they are too custom to offer a simple fixed price. However, you can add them (and any quantity of them) to your cart and they will be priced for you when you receive your Price Quote back from the account representative.
Can I PAY FOR MY ORDER right here on the CSC Website?
No, but the process is EASY and designed to PROTECT you and your order. Once you hit the 'Submit Order' button on the bottom of your cart, your order will be instantly sent to CSC's inside account representatives. Their primary goal is to review your order and find you the BEST SHIPPING OR FREIGHT PRICES available. If we simply used a freight calculator like most online sites, our customers would be losing hundreds of dollars per order that they shouldn't have to pay. We are DEDICATED TO SAVING YOU MONEY!
Can I SAVE MY ESTIMATES?
YES. Anything in your cart will be saved for as long as you want until you submit your order. Once you submit your order, you can request a FINAL ESTIMATE instead of officially placing the order (this is also noted on the bottom of the cart screen). After you have submitted this request, your order will be saved under the "Submitted Orders" tab.
How long does it take to get my OFFICIAL QUOTE?
All orders submitted will be returned to you within 24 hours (except on weekends). Once you approve the order it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. If you ever need an order immediately or are on a strict timeline, please call our account representatives at 888.567.7778.
How long does it take for FREIGHT OR SHIPPING?
Shipping and Freight depends on the order you have submitted. We make every effort to ship out non-custom orders within 3 days, and custom or large orders within 2 weeks. Your final quote will clearly state the freight or shipping send date.
How do I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
If you are an existing CSC Customer, your payment plan will remain the same. If you are a NEW CUSTOMER we require payment in advance via either a check or credit card before we can ship your order. After you have placed and paid for your first order, we would be happy to set you up in our system under a payment plan.
