Return Policy
Returns accepted for standard non-custom items within 30 days of delivery date with sales receipt and a 15% restocking fee. All sales final on custom made items.
- Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
- Any purchase made by cash will be refunded by check.*
- Any purchase made by a check that has cleared the 15-day waiting period will be refunded by check.
- Any purchase made by store credit will be refunded as store credit.
Returns with an original sales receipt after 30 days
A store credit for CSC Sheet Metal, Inc. may be issued for the original purchase price less 15% restocking fee.
Returns without a receiptA store credit for CSC Sheet Metal, Inc. may be issued based on the lowest selling price of the returned merchandise.
**Sales tax will not be refunded on purchases over 60 days.
